Portal Walkers

PortalWalkers is a collection within JointSimulation, as the literal starting point into this world, following some of the many people entering this new false-reality (VR) - From many different backgrounds & ages.

To some, it will be clear why someone may wish to escape from their bleak reality and enter into a virtual-world. Yet other ‘portal-walkers’ we will question their motivation to leave an already amazing reality. Overtime, we will witness how this digital utopia slowly destroys & addicts them, the real-world becoming neglected and acting as a vanitas of their new unhealthy self.

Practically, the clips are made out of three main components that can each be mixed & matched to create a single unique composition: Real-World / Virtual-World / Character.
